We are staying trip to visit for UAE we are staying so many property in Dubai but this time to time we book airport hotel holiday inn express Dubai it's was amazing hotel room are very clean and crew members are totally welcome helpful and responsibility we are staying for 1 st floor we met one of the housekeeping supervisor Mr surya he is very kindly and help full person and responsibility staff to guest satisfaction service outstanding housekeeping service we want to post and on time service for cleaning services housekeeping he is the one handling tha floor and I want to make sure housekeeping manager I don't he is name but we are big room staying 152. It's was amazing room and airport view room your team members great well done job done I will be returning to staying IHG property holiday inn express Dubai airport hotel very happy to staying nice service outstanding housekeeping cleaning services again I want to tnks to great job Mr surya housekeeping supervisor great responsibility person and helpful person perfect room he is the one checking ofter same cleaning my room I am very happy to staying IHG property holiday inn express Dubai airport hotel tnks to Mr surya and housekeeping manager your team did a great job outstanding housekeeping service

Overall, our stay was good, but we had a couple of issues. The food in the bar was a bit hit-and-miss—mostly fine, but the Bangers and Mash were disappointing. The sausages were poor quality, and I struggled to finish even one out of hunger. Definitely room for improvement there. The newly refurbished rooms look great, but the design isn’t as practical as I’d hoped. The bedside ledge is far too small—I could barely fit my mobile phone and glasses on it. To make things worse, on one side, the room phone took up nearly the entire space, leaving no room for anything else. A total design failure. Also, the removal of the desk makes working or even using a laptop quite uncomfortable. Sitting on the chair with that small table just doesn’t work well. The showers are another example of a good idea that doesn’t quite work. While they are powerful and modern, the lack of a door means water splashes out, making a mess in the bathroom. Would still consider staying again, but these design flaws need to be addressed.

This was not the first time we spent a night in this hotel. The hotel is very close (right opposite) to the airport (DXB Terminal 3), but you should not think you can simply cross the road (the motorway). No way! Take a taxi (26 AED from DXB T3 to the hotel) or use the hotel's free shuttle bus instead. The shuttle bus departs every whole hour (i.e. 8:00, 9:00, etc.) from the hotel and 10-12 minutes later (i.e. 8:10, 9:10, etc.) from the airport. Just follow the hotel shuttle bus sign! But I am not sure if the shuttle bus is also available at night. Another feature of the hotel is the excellent breakfast that satisfies all needs and tastes. We really appreciated that breakfast was available from 6 am, so we didn't have to miss breakfast (which was included in the price) and we were able to catch our plane without rushing because the hotel provided the shuttle bus also at 6:30. It was very kind from the hotel.

Ideal hotel for an overnight stay. What I valued the most - there is a shuttle bus to/from the airport every 30 minutes or so. There is also shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai Mall every morning. At the airport, just find the sign "shuttle bus". There is no specific sign for Holiday Inn bus though and there are numerous buses coming to and fro, so you need a sharp eye. The room was rather small but the area was surprisingly very quiet, given the proximity of the airport. I slept really well. Everything was spotless clean. Breakfast was satisfactory, nothing to complain about there.

The property has complimentary airport shuttle every 30 minutes 24/7, the shuttle also goes to the mall and the beach. There are shops and restaurant on the same block if you don’t want to eat at the hotel and when you need basic things. Their complimentary breakfast is continental. The WiFi works perfectly. My room had 2 beds,mini bar, tv, closet with light and a prayer mat, table and chair and a bathroom. The staff is friendly and were helpful whenever I was in need. There is also information desk for tourists.
