This was not the first time we spent a night in this hotel. The hotel is very close (right opposite) to the airport (DXB Terminal 3), but you should not think you can simply cross the road (the motorway). No way! Take a taxi (26 AED from DXB T3 to the hotel) or use the hotel's free shuttle bus instead. The shuttle bus departs every whole hour (i.e. 8:00, 9:00, etc.) from the hotel and 10-12 minutes later (i.e. 8:10, 9:10, etc.) from the airport. Just follow the hotel shuttle bus sign! But I am not sure if the shuttle bus is also available at night. Another feature of the hotel is the excellent breakfast that satisfies all needs and tastes. We really appreciated that breakfast was available from 6 am, so we didn't have to miss breakfast (which was included in the price) and we were able to catch our plane without rushing because the hotel provided the shuttle bus also at 6:30. It was very kind from the hotel.

Super convenient next to the airport with shuttle service running to and from the terminals every 30 minutes. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom amenities also great. Staff were welcoming and friendly. 10 minute walk to the metro to get into the city centre which is convenient.

It was pretty close to the Airport; Checking in/out process very fast and smooth; Room was spacious and clean; Wifi working good; Shower, towels and water in the room all good; Reasonable selection at breakfast;

Friendly staff, proximity to the airport, the presence of a travel agent to provide fast assistance to tourists. Reasonably priced.

The property has complimentary airport shuttle every 30 minutes 24/7, the shuttle also goes to the mall and the beach. There are shops and restaurant on the same block if you don’t want to eat at the hotel and when you need basic things. Their complimentary breakfast is continental. The WiFi works perfectly. My room had 2 beds,mini bar, tv, closet with light and a prayer mat, table and chair and a bathroom. The staff is friendly and were helpful whenever I was in need. There is also information desk for tourists.

A good, simple room very close to the airport. I arrived very late at night and was able to check in without a problem. I slept right through the window for breakfast though, so missed out on that.

Good value for money. Location is practical specially for late arrivals in airport. All staff are friendly, helpful, polite everywhere. Good service and fast -starting from shuttle (back & forth from the airport), reception, house keeping , & staff in restaurant. We had free breakfast with the booking and they have good food and plenty of selections. Free shuttle is very convenient. And when I send a message checking about a free shuttle from airport , I received a reply and a quick one with complete details . Everyone makes the whole journey nice and less stressful being mindful of details .

The location is close to the airport. Free shuttle departs form terminal 3, but I have found it difficult to find the bus. The breakfast is good.

The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and very accommodating to our needs. Rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and worry-free stay. We also appreciated the attention to detail—from smooth check-in processes to the thoughtful amenities provided. The locations of the hotels were also ideal—close to transportation, major attractions, and good dining options. Our overall experience was seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end.
